Refund policy

You may return your bag within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email info@respacestudio.co.uk with your order number and we'll arrange the return at no cost to you. The bag must be sent back unused, in the same condition you received it, with all accessories, dust bag and packaging included. We'll inspect the bag on arrival and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We may reduce the refund if the bag shows signs of use beyond what's needed to inspect it. If an item is ever found not to be authentic, we'll give you a full refund and cover all costs.
