Due to the unique, preloved nature of our items, we accept returns only if an item is significantly not as shown in pictures or found to be not authentic. Each listing includes a detailed description and high-resolution photos that capture the bag from every angle. Each bag is shipped with a security tag attached, and returns are only accepted if it remains intact. To qualify for a return, the bag and any included accessories must be returned in the exact condition as received, with the tag still attached. To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
