Respacestudio operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Respacestudio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services. These Terms of Service do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or any other non-waivable statutory rights.

1. Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You confirm that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information. 2. Our products

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use and your device settings. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

Every item we sell is pre-owned and one of a kind. We describe the condition of each item, and show any signs of wear in our photos, as accurately as we can. Normal signs of age and use that are described or shown in the listing are not a fault. Every item is checked for authenticity before it is listed. If an item is ever found not to be authentic, we will give you a full refund and cover all costs.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase and authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. Respacestudio reserves the right to accept or decline your order, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until Respacestudio confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our return and refund policy. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Your purchases are subject to return in accordance with our return and refund policy. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

4. Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the final price you pay. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Delivery within the UK is free. For orders shipped outside the UK, any customs duties or import charges are your responsibility. We may offer, from time to time, promotions that are governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will govern. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store, and to confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and delivery

All delivery times are estimates. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you have named to receive it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, utility or telecommunications outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or other similar events. 6. Intellectual property

Our Services, including all text, images, graphics, product photos, video and audio, are owned by Respacestudio or its licensors and are protected by UK and international trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws. Brand names of the items we sell belong to their respective owners; Respacestudio is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those brands. The purchase of any product does not grant any intellectual property rights in the product or its design. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or transmit any of the material on the Services, including our photos, without our prior written consent. Respacestudio's name, logo and designs are trademarks of Respacestudio and must not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify.

7. Optional tools

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. Any use by you of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and you should make sure you are familiar with the terms on which they are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). Any new features we add to the Services are also subject to these Terms of Service.

The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties, such as Trustpilot or social media. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites. Please review the third party's policies before you use their websites or services. Complaints or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Respacestudio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. When you use the Services, your device communicates with Shopify's systems to deliver the Services. Section 10 explains how Shopify uses and processes information from these interactions. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Respacestudio, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Respacestudio.

Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery times and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will give you a full refund.

You must not use the Services: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (c) to harass, abuse, defame or intimidate any of our staff or any other person; (d) to transmit false or misleading information, spam or any other unsolicited advertising; (e) to impersonate any other person; (f) to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (g) to copy, extract or resell any portion of the Services, including by using robots, scraping tools or automated AI agents; or (h) to interfere with or bypass the security features of the Services. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms of Service. Any orders already accepted will still be governed by these Terms of Service, and the sections on intellectual property, feedback, limitation of liability, governing law and privacy will continue to apply.

15. Your statutory rights

The information on the Services is provided for general information. We do our best to make sure the Services are available and work properly, but we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and the cancellation rights in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

16. Limitation of liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms of Service, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.

18. Waiver; entire agreement

If we do not enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service, this does not mean we have waived that right or provision. These Terms of Service and the policies referred to in them are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services.
